A Cocoon service pro comes to your home and conducts your Cocoon Home Health Check-up, using Cocoon’s Home Health Check-up Application.
Your Check-up consists of a 70-point review of your home exterior and interior for observed, potential risks or issues. Also, certain upkeep activities are completed for you, such as checking your gutter spouts for blockages, changing your air filters, and changing and testing smoke and & CO2 alarm batteries, if able. Upon completion you receive your Home Health Check-Up report, and your updated home profile, can be viewed in your Cocoon Portal.
